Cetus Automotives is an automotive interior customization brand and a branch operation of BAB Leather Products International, India. By accessing our website, visiting our studio, or availing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We provide custom automotive interior services including seat upholstery, leather upgrades, custom trims, panels, accessories, and related electronics. All services are customized based on customer preferences and vehicle condition.
A booking is confirmed only after acceptance of quotation and receipt of advance payment. Advance is typically 75%. Work will not commence without advance payment.
Prices shared online, via WhatsApp, or verbally are indicative. Final pricing depends on vehicle model, condition, material selection, and customization details. Final price will be confirmed before work begins.
No refunds are provided once booking is confirmed. Advance adjustment depends on stage of work and material procurement. If materials are ordered or work has started, advance may be non-refundable. In case of no-show, we will attempt to reschedule.
Our services involve handcrafted customization. Minor variations in stitching, shade, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
If fitment issues arise despite following approved specifications, we will rectify them. If work is completed as per approved preference but customer later requests changes, rework will be charged additionally.
Warranty is provided as per our official warranty card.
Coverage includes: defective materials or workmanship, peeling, cracking, excessive fading of leather, and threads popping out.
Warranty Period:
Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, water damage, and third-party modifications. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Cetus Automotives is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, normal ageing, indirect losses, or resale value impact.
By availing our services, you consent to photography and videography of your vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes. If you object, written notice must be provided before work begins.
All website content, branding, images, and materials belong to Cetus Automotives / BAB Leather Products International and may not be reused without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Tamil Nadu.
